Returns and Exchange Policy

Eligibility

Sensorio accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original delivery date.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.

• Items classified as final sale, clearance, or customized are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns

A flat return shipping fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund amount.
This fee will be waived if the item received was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
